Returns, without the boss fight
No forms with seventeen required fields. No hold music. No support agent asking if you have tried turning it off and on again. Email us, we sort it out.
Here is exactly how it works, no fine print hiding in a footer.
You have 60 days
Sixty days from the day your order lands to ask for a return. That is roughly one full sprint cycle plus the retro nobody scheduled.
The item needs to be unworn, unused, tags still on, in its original packaging. Basically: it can sit in your cupboard while you think about it, it just cannot go to a festival first.
How to start one
Email contact@geekpsters.com with your order number and what went wrong. Please do not post the item back before we reply. Unannounced parcels are the merge conflicts of retail and we cannot accept them.
Once we approve it, we send you a return label and instructions.
Who pays for the return shipping
Straight answer, because this is the bit most shops bury: if you changed your mind, the return shipping is on you. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or it is simply the wrong thing, it is on us, completely.
There is no restocking fee either way. We are not going to charge you a handling fee for handling something we sent you.
If we got it wrong
Check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. No debate, no ticket queue.
Your refund
Once your return arrives and we have looked at it, we email you either way. If it is approved, the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may then take its own sweet time, which is between you and your bank.
Exchanges
Wrong size, or you want a different colour? Start a return and place a new order for the one you actually want. It is faster than waiting for us to play swap.
What we cannot take back
Custom or personalised orders, anything marked final sale, and gift cards. Every Geekpsters item is printed to order, so a one-off made specifically for you cannot go back on a shelf that does not exist.
Still stuck?
Email contact@geekpsters.com. A human reads it, usually within 24 hours.
The full legal version lives on our Return and Refund Policy page, and it says the same things in a more expensive font.
