Return Window
You have 60 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at contact@geekpsters.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without requesting a return first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: custom or personalized orders, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@geekpsters.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
For exchanges (wrong size, different color), please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@geekpsters.com.
