Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Every Geekpsters item is made to order, just for you. After you place your order, we print and prepare it before it ships. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping Times

Shipping time is added on top of production time and depends on your location:

• United States: 3 to 8 business days after production.
• International: 10 to 30 business days after production, depending on the destination and local customs.

Most US orders arrive within 5 to 13 business days from the day they are placed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. The exact cost is shown before you pay, with no hidden fees added afterward.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If you have not received tracking within 10 business days of ordering, contact us at contact@geekpsters.com.

Multiple Items

If your order contains several items, they may be produced and shipped separately and arrive in more than one package. You are never charged extra for this.

International Orders: Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@geekpsters.com and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Please reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
